Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed, except in the case of items that arrive damaged.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged item, email support@batteryprosource.com or call 813-386-9000 with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- (If requested) photos of the damaged product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Battery ProSource reserves the right to determine if a replacement or other resolution is appropriate.
